What is the _DATABOX?
SYMBINARY_DATABOX is the management program for your items. Here you have to enter all article master data. These are then displayed on the internet after the label has been scanned. The data is also important for linking the article to the label (especially the barcode). Pictures and videos can easily be uploaded.
Important: Please optimize the images and videos before uploading.

Can I also use _DATABOX on my mobilephone?
Yes, _DATABOX can also be used on mobile phones.

What functions does _DATABOX have?
In the video above you can see the functions very well. anyway, here is a short overview:
Products: The master list of all your products. Here you can create new products, edit or delete them.
Import: With this function you can import a text file via a csv file. The columns must be separated by semicolons. The license owner receives instructions for this at the start.
Transfer to app: All product data is exported and released for import in the app. After the export, you must use the import function in the APP.
Profile: In the profile you can see the status of the data size and also your profile picture. This profile picture is displayed after a label has been scanned.

What should I consider when uploading pictures and videos?
Please optimize the images and videos before uploading. Images should be under 1500 pixels and in jpg format. Videos should be under 1080 pixels and in mp4 format. if the images are optimized, the download speed is better and more customer-friendly!

Is _DATABOX multilingual?
Yes, currently in English, Chinese simple and traditional. Other languages will follow.
